Nilofa Group was founded in December of 2019. Nur Neelofa Mohd Noor, also known as Neelofa, is the sole owner of the company. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NH Prima Sdn Bhd, Naelofa's main company and one of the leading brands in women's clothing. The Nilofa Group is in charge of producing its first dairy product, Banana Milk and grew more into other products such as chocolate cookies. In addition, the company is designed to diversify its business portfolio and serve as a long-term investment. The sector was chosen because of the high demand for dairy products in Malaysia, as part of an effort to expand the business into other countries.
